On all orders either custom made, or over $1000, there shall be a cancellation fee of $500 if work has begun on the order. While we will work to correct any concerns regarding order, making of order, or pictures relating to order free of charge, we will require of fee of $500 if work has begun prior to the time of cancellation by buyer. If a deposit is made larger than $500, we may keep the deposit if work has begun prior to time of cancellation by buyer.
